Forge is designed as an offline, local-first workout timer. This policy explains what information the app stores and how it is handled.
Information stored by Forge
The app stores the custom interval presets you create and aggregate weekly workout minutes on your device. This may include workout names, interval lengths, rest lengths, round counts, and preparation time. Forge does not collect names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, health records, or payment information.
How your information is used
Local data is used only to run your timers, show saved presets, and display your weekly training total. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
Storage and sharing
Workout information remains in the app’s local storage on your iPhone. Forge does not operate a user database, transmit workout data to a server, or share it with third parties. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
Audio and haptics
Forge plays locally generated workout cues and uses iPhone haptics. It does not access your microphone or record audio.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit or remove saved custom presets inside Forge. Deleting the app removes its locally stored workout information from your device.
Children’s privacy
Forge does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If Forge’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before the changes take effect.
